This is a high-impact, customer-facing role where you’ll set up practices for success, maximize usage in the first 30 days, and deliver best-in-class onboarding.

- Initial ownership of each new account for 30 days
What You’ll Do
- Deliver engaging onboarding sessions and customer training
- Prepare before calls to ensure efficient implementation of Cherry solutions
- Share narratives of past successes to build momentum and adoption
- Guide customers on maximizing platform usage in the first 30 days
- Introduce and optimize Cherry’s marketing placements with veterinary partners
- Provide best practices and materials to increase customer revenue
- Gather and share critical feedback with internal teams to improve processes
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience (onboarding, sales, account management, or customer success)
- Passion for customer experience with strong communication skills
- Ability to connect interpersonally and build trust quickly
- Comfortable with software platforms and troubleshooting on the fly
- Problem solver with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset
- Bonus: experience in sales or customer success within SaaS or FinTech
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $87,000
- On-target commission: $33,000 (uncapped)
