Position Details
- Job Title: Payer Enrollment Specialist
- Location: Fully Remote (based in Richardson, TX office)

- Pay Range: $20.00 – $22.00/hour
What You’ll Do
- Process initial applications and reappointments for hospitals and surgical centers
- Maintain complete and accurate files of provider licensure, credentials, CME/ACLS credits, and immunization records
- Monitor license renewals (state, DEA) and forward updated copies to facilities
- Update and manage credentialing databases, curriculum vitae, and provider profiles
- Request Certificates of Insurance for new hires
- Track progress of active applications and maintain detailed notes in Verity and OPS reports
- Support onboarding groups by front-loading provider information
- Communicate with providers via phone, Zoom, Teams, email, or text
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality, federal and state regulations, and peer review guidelines
- Perform other credentialing and administrative duties as needed
What You’ll Bring
- High School diploma required; AS or BS in business administration or healthcare preferred
- CPMSC/CPCS certification preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of credentialing experience
- Strong knowledge of healthcare credentialing, state license requirements, and confidentiality regulations
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, database systems, and scanning applications
- Familiarity with credentialing platforms such as Silver Sheet, HCA, MDApp, Banner Health Systems, and Verity HUB
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with providers and staff
