Schedule
- Full-time, Remote (U.S.)
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM CST
- Pay range: $16.13 – $18.97/hour
- Note: Remote work not available in AL, AK, CT, DE, HI, IA, KS, KY, ME, MA, MS, MT, NE, NH, NM, ND, RI, SC, SD, VT, WV, WY
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls from patients, prescribers, and healthcare professionals with professionalism and empathy
- Make outbound calls to patients to confirm shipment details and collect required information
- Use operating systems to support patient therapy management and refill compliance
- Triage calls to licensed healthcare staff when clinical intervention is required
- Ensure all interactions comply with federal, state, and company ethical standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED strongly preferred
- 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Pharmacy or healthcare environment experience a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work cooperatively and respectfully in a team environment
