We’re a remote-first company collaborating across 14 countries and 12 time zones, and we bring the team together in person at global offsites twice per year.

Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role (U.S.)
  • Compensation: $80K–$95K per year + equity
  • Travel required twice per year for company offsites

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor and improve the AI Agent to ensure quick, accurate resolutions for customers
  • Review conversations and data to identify patterns, issues, and opportunities
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to roll out improvements
  • Prioritize automation opportunities and recommend workflow/content changes
  • Track AI performance, report updates, and influence support strategy more broadly
  • Expand what AI can handle while maintaining a seamless customer experience

What You Need

  • 4+ years in customer support, customer experience, or support operations
  • Experience with enterprise-level conversational AI or virtual agent platforms
  • Strong communication skills and ability to turn insights into clear recommendations
  • Comfortable using dashboards or analytics tools to evaluate performance
  • Familiarity with APIs and system integrations
  • Bonus: experience with Git or programming basics
  • Background in fintech preferred but not required
