Be the first point of support for patients starting infusion therapy. As a Clearance Specialist – Intake Coordinator with Soleo Health, you’ll ensure benefits are verified, authorizations are secured, and patients have a clear understanding of their coverage and out-of-pocket costs.

Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (TX preferred)
- Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm Eastern Time
- Weekend on-call rotation (once every 3 weeks)
- Acute home infusion experience required
What You’ll Do
- Perform benefit verification for patient insurance plans (medications, supplies, infusion services)
- Document coinsurance, copay, deductibles, and authorization requirements
- Calculate estimated patient financial responsibility based on benefits and contracts
- Secure prior authorizations, pre-determinations, or medical reviews
- Review and obtain clinical documents for payer submissions
- Communicate referral status, coverage, and updates with patients, providers, and internal teams
- Enroll eligible patients in manufacturer copay or foundation assistance programs
- Generate new patient start-of-care paperwork
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation throughout the process
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of home infusion specialty pharmacy and/or intake/reimbursement experience preferred
- Experience with acute infusion benefits verification and prior authorization required
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care reimbursement guidelines
- Ability to interpret payer contracts and fee schedules (NDC and HCPCS units)
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Knowledge of CPR+ systems preferred
