Schedule

- Remote (must reside in Southeast U.S.)

Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers reporting vehicle damage or loss
- Provide updates to policyholders about the status of existing claims
- Collect detailed incident information and verify policy details
- Clearly explain next steps, required documentation, and timelines
- Log information into the company’s claims system accurately and completely
- Liaise with adjusters, appraisers, and internal teams to schedule follow-ups
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Recommend ways to improve customer experience and claims workflow
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree is a plus)
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role, ideally in insurance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with property and casualty insurance is a plus
- Compassionate, calm, and professional demeanor
