- Contract role
- Fully remote (US-based)
- Flexible schedule within standard business hours
- Must maintain production and quality KPIs
Responsibilities
- Submit applications for Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA), and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) through payer portals and clearinghouses
- Investigate and resolve provider enrollment issues or denials
- Liaise between Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Strategy & Operations teams
- Communicate with payers and internal stakeholders clearly and effectively
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date enrollment records
- Meet department production and quality metrics
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines
Requirements
- 2+ years in revenue cycle management (medical billing or healthcare tech)
- Experience with EDI enrollment (Change Healthcare experience a plus)
- Problem-solving mindset and investigative skills
- Ability to self-direct and manage priorities independently
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Positive, collaborative attitude
- Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities
