- High-speed internet and passing speed test required

What You’ll Do
- Prepare, edit, and submit hospice healthcare claims per payer and contract guidelines
- Analyze reimbursement trends and resolve claim denials and discrepancies
- Maintain accurate patient records, perform eligibility checks, and rebill as needed
- Submit payer and fee schedule updates when required
- Create and submit Excel reports for clients
- Respond to verbal and written claim inquiries and perform follow-ups by phone
- Collaborate with clients to build strong professional relationships
- Support overall AR goals and organizational performance metrics
What You Need
- 1–5 years of experience interpreting contracts and handling healthcare claims
- Strong typing, customer service, and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Comfortable working independently and spending most of the day on the phone
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple systems and documentation workflows
