Schedule
- Full-time (30+ hrs/week)
- 100% Remote
- Day shift (1st Shift)
What You’ll Do
- Support tax compliance activities, including document gathering and preparation
- Maintain general ledger and assist with month-end close
- Prepare financial summaries and assist with audit support
- Research and analyze taxability issues
- Track tax notices and respond to financial inquiries
- Coordinate with external accountants and advisors
- Ensure all financial records remain accurate and up to date
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred)
- 1–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (entry-level accepted)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills across all levels of an organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and 10-key
