  • Standard weekday hours with some flexibility based on service needs

What You’ll Do

  • Directly supervise a team of pharmacy service representatives, including managing schedules, timecards, and attendance
  • Coach and develop staff through regular feedback, structured performance conversations, and engagement strategies
  • Monitor real-time call activity and metrics to support quality, first-call resolution, and service level performance
  • Partner with workforce planning to adjust staffing and queue assignments
  • Assist in new client onboarding and ensure frontline readiness
  • Collaborate across departments to refine contact center workflows and update knowledge base materials
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, privacy, and PBM standards

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
  • National Pharmacy Technician Certification (preferred)
  • 2–4 years of experience in PBM, pharmacy operations, or a healthcare call center
  • Proven leadership skills in coaching, motivating, and supporting frontline staff
  • Strong communication, escalation handling, and real-time problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable managing KPIs, analyzing trends, and driving performance improvements
  • Familiarity with PBM workflows, HIPAA regulations, and pharmacy systems
