What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding pharmacy benefit inquiries from members and providers
  • Support pharmacies in processing claims and resolving adjudication issues
  • Document all interactions in a call tracking system with clarity and accuracy
  • Investigate benefit-related questions and act as an advocate for patients and providers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high service quality and compliance

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Active National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA)
  • 3–5 years of experience in a health plan, TPA, or PBM call center
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • Comfort working independently in a fast-paced remote environment
