Schedule
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- 100% Remote (National Telecommute within the U.S.)
- Shifts available any day of the week between 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST (department is open 24/7)
- Paid training: 4–6 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM PST
- Occasional overtime, holidays, and weekends based on business needs
What You’ll Do
- Support patients by resolving billing, claims, appointments, authorizations, and eligibility inquiries
- Manage patient records across multiple systems using dual monitors and internal tools
- Document interactions accurately and professionally following compliance guidelines
- Assist with primary care physician (PCP) selections, telehealth logistics, and patient advocacy
- Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to performance goals in service quality and efficiency
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- 2+ years in a customer service role
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and multi-channel systems (Teams, chat, etc.)
- Ability to work any full-time 8-hour shift within business hours, year-round
- Secure and private home office with high-speed internet (per telecommuter policy)
Preferred
- 1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
- Experience working in a virtual, remote environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
