Schedule
- Seasonal, October through December 2025
- 100% Remote (must reside in GA or one of the listed approved states)
- Variable hours including evenings and weekends (7 days/week operation)
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers via live chat, phone, and email regarding orders, products, promotions, and personalization
- Process returns, exchanges, and product extensions with attention to accuracy and efficiency
- Navigate multiple systems and tools while maintaining high service quality
- Log all customer interactions and follow established protocols in CRM
- Identify and share customer experience feedback to improve service
What You Need
- Reside in GA or an eligible state (AR, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MN, MO, MT, NC, NJ, NV, OK, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 1+ year of customer service experience (premium brand preferred)
- Strong written/verbal communication and multitasking skills
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM a plus
- Quiet home workspace with reliable internet
