Schedule

  • Full-time
  • 100% Remote (Must reside in Utah, Nevada, Idaho, Montana, or Arizona)
  • Shifts may fall between 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM MST, Monday to Friday, and 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM MST on weekends
  • Virtual training: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM MST for 6 weeks

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound calls and assist members with account questions, fraud resolution, and money transfers
  • Use the AAA (Assess, Advise, Assist) model to guide members and recommend financial solutions
  • Maintain working knowledge of credit union services and ensure compliance with banking regulations

What You Need

  • 6–12 months of customer service experience (call center or financial services a plus)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficiency with computers, multiple monitors, Microsoft Office, and 35+ WPM typing
  • Reliable internet connection with ethernet hookup (no Wi-Fi, satellite, or dial-up connections)
  • Quiet home office setup with a closing door
