Schedule
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- Remote within the United States
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships
- Communicate with clients to ensure needs are understood and addressed
- Act as the client’s advocate, ensuring internal teams fulfill expectations
- Resolve issues as they arise and manage account processes efficiently
- Deliver exceptional day-to-day client service
- Develop and maintain key account relationships to ensure retention and growth
- Meet established sales goals with existing and new clients
- Serve as liaison between customers and internal departments
What You Need
- 3–5 years’ experience in Customer Support and/or Account Management
- Proven track record of increasing client satisfaction, adoption, and retention
- Comprehensive understanding of the Account Management journey
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and execution skills
- Prior experience with SaaS business platforms
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across teams
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
Compensation & Benefits
- $25.00 – $30.00 per hour, based on experience
