Schedule
- Remote, U.S.-based position
- Full-time role with regular weekday schedule
- Compensation: $18–$22 per hour (based on skills, experience, and location)
What You’ll Do
- Process assigned reorder book of business, including insurance verifications and customer updates
- Confirm coverage, deductibles, and financial responsibility with customers
- Ensure prescriptions, CMNs, and authorizations are current before shipping orders
- Collect and process payments for out-of-pocket costs prior to shipment
- Create purchase orders and coordinate with distributors
- Communicate professionally with customers, payers, and case managers
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company policies and regulations
- Deliver excellent service and solutions for customer concerns
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience in insurance eligibility verification
- 1+ years of experience calculating deductibles and coinsurance (primary/secondary policies)
- Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree in a related field
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills
- Quick decision-making and problem-solving ability
