Schedule
- Remote, U.S.-based position
- Full-time role with supervisory responsibilities
- Salary range: $67,000 – $89,000 + annual bonus eligibility
What You’ll Do
- Coach and mentor team members to meet quality and performance standards
- Manage elevated client calls and partner with internal teams to resolve issues
- Review and approve time sheets, PTO requests, and daily schedules
- Conduct interviews and support hiring for Data Support staff
- Distribute tasks and oversee queue coverage for Level 1 and Level 2 specialists
- Maintain knowledge of eMoney products and enhancements
- Lead project work as assigned
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in technical support, customer service, or IT industry roles
- Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with web applications
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and make independent decisions
