What You’ll Do

  • Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly performance of a team of agents
  • Set priorities and ensure goals for quality, service levels, and adherence are met
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and handle escalated calls
  • Monitor team chat and support workforce scheduling needs
  • Evaluate and improve call quality through regular monitoring

What You Need

  • 1+ year of recent experience as a call center supervisor (healthcare preferred)
  • Proven experience coaching teams to meet call center metrics
  • Strong technical skills (Windows, systems aptitude, keyboarding)
  • Experience with phone, email, and chat support channels
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
