Schedule & Pay
- Remote, Regular Full-Time
- $15.50 per hour
- Start Date: October 16, 2025
Responsibilities
- Answer and transfer a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Schedule appointments, coordinate transportation, and handle front-office tasks virtually
- Input accurate data into Carenet systems and EMR/EHR databases
- Respond to inquiries from patients, providers, and third-party vendors
- Provide clinic information such as directions and hours of operation
- Verify patient insurance information with health plans
- Deliver excellent customer service and support that directly impacts patient care
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Healthcare and scheduling experience required (examples: medical assistant, medical front office)
- Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems
- Strong computer skills (data entry, navigation, keyboarding)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and professionalism
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (speak, read, and write)
- Must provide two 22-inch monitors with HDMI and Display ports
