Schedule
- Fully remote role, Monday–Friday only
- Shifts: 8:00 am–5:00 pm, 9:00 am–6:00 pm, or 10:00 am–7:00 pm EST
- Pay range: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients to resolve account balances, collect payments, or arrange payment plans
- Provide clear, professional, and compassionate service to resolve questions and concerns
- Document all account activity in client systems and maintain organized records
- Adhere to FDCPA, HIPAA, and all federal, state, and local collection regulations
- Maintain productivity standards and model professionalism in difficult interactions
- Support assigned healthcare provider clients by delivering accurate, compliant account resolution
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ years of call center experience
- 1+ years of accounts receivable, healthcare billing, or collections experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
