Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role based in the U.S.
  • Monday–Friday, standard business hours (Eastern preferred)
  • $18–$22 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries about compliance and benefit products (COBRA, FSA, HSA, HRA) via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues to deliver timely, accurate solutions
  • Research product information and customer needs, escalating complex issues to higher-level teams when needed
  • Maintain knowledge of compliance and benefits products to answer complex participant questions
  • Document all support interactions and track inquiries in CRM/help desk software
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer service needs quickly
  • Guide participants through installation, maintenance, and preventive steps for benefits platforms

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of customer service experience (frontline or call center preferred)
  • 6–12 months of office experience preferred
  • Proficiency in engaging with customers across multiple communication channels
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and inquiry research skills
  • Familiarity with CRM or help desk software
  • Ability to manage customer requests efficiently and document interactions thoroughly
  • Knowledge of customer support standards, policies, and remote service delivery

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with COBRA or FSA/HSA/HRA administration
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
