Schedule

  • Remote, full-time role (U.S. only)
  • Long-term career opportunity with no predetermined end date
  • On-camera participation required during interviews, training, meetings, and check-ins

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound and place outbound calls to assist members or patients with benefits, coverage, and scheduling
  • Provide accurate health plan and eligibility information
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm provider appointments
  • Handle referrals, authorizations, prescription renewals, and claims/billing inquiries
  • Update and maintain records in EMR or CRM systems
  • Communicate with providers and internal teams via phone, email, or secure messaging
  • Protect sensitive member and patient data in compliance with HIPAA and privacy regulations
  • Escalate complex issues as needed for resolution

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of high-volume call center customer service experience
  • Demonstrated work stability (at least one year tenure per role)
  • Strong verbal/written communication and multitasking skills
  • Ability to manage sensitive account information with discretion in a remote setting
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a private workspace

Preferred

  • Experience with appointment scheduling or benefits inquiries
  • Familiarity with EMR/CRM platforms (EPIC, Facets, etc.)
  • Knowledge of medical and insurance terminology
