Schedule
- Remote, full-time role (U.S. only)
- Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm Pacific Time
- Production: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–8:00pm Pacific Time
- No weekends required
- Weekly pay starting at $16.00/hr
What You’ll Do
- Verify member coverage, eligibility, benefit types, and claim payment status
- Estimate member out-of-pocket expenses and explain copayments
- Provide clear, accurate answers to provider and member questions
- Meet performance goals in efficiency, call quality, adherence, and attendance
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, client, and BroadPath policies
- Strive to deliver a positive, high-quality customer experience on every call
What You Need
- At least 6 months of Medicare experience within the last 4 years
- 1+ year of experience as a health plan Provider and Member Customer Service Rep
- Minimum 1 year of work-from-home experience
- Strong computer and multitasking skills (navigating multiple windows/screens, inputting data quickly and accurately)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to remain focused and productive in repetitive, fast-paced environments
- Flexible scheduling to support seasonal client needs
