What You’ll Do
- Design and maintain the WorkOS website and digital marketing surfaces, including product pages, launch weeks, and event experiences
- Help evolve and implement a scalable UI design system
- Translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly design assets
- Deliver responsive, accessible, and performant designs across devices
- Support broader brand initiatives such as campaigns, social graphics, and event branding
- Propose and execute interactive features that improve user experience
What You Need
- 3–5+ years of web design experience with a strong portfolio of digital projects
- Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and UX best practices
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, AI tools, and modern design platforms
- Ability to balance creativity and usability with a clean, minimal, technical aesthetic
- Experience collaborating with developers; HTML/CSS familiarity is a plus
- Strong communication and time management skills in a remote-first environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS, developer tools, or technically complex products
- Practical front-end development skills (HTML/CSS)
- Familiarity with motion design, A/B testing, or analytics
