- Full-time with eligibility for Ventra’s performance-based incentive program
What You’ll Do
- Manage and resolve escalations from internal teams and Client Success regarding posting and reconciliation
- Investigate and resolve client matters escalated by Client Success
- Research and complete special projects for bank reconciliation as requested
- Locate remits by researching payer portals
- Assist with departmental training and audits
- Provide process improvement feedback to leadership
What You Need
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in bank reconciliation (healthcare setting preferred)
- 1+ year of experience in an escalation/lead reconciliation role (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience reading insurance Explanation of Benefits (preferred)
- Knowledge of payer portals, payer types, and EOB statements
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel (pivot tables), and database systems
