Schedule
- Full-time • Remote (equipment + paid training provided)
- Hours: Mon–Fri, 11:30 a.m.–8:00 p.m. EST, with weekend rotation
- Residency: Must reside in AZ, DE, FL, GA, ID, IL, KS, KY, MA, MD, MI, NC, NJ, OH, PA, SC, TX, WV
What You’ll Do
- Handle high-care inbound/outbound retention calls; de-escalate, troubleshoot, and renegotiate terms to prevent disconnects.
- Own the customer relationship across phone and email: repricing, issue resolution, and follow-through to closure.
- Hit and exceed sales/retention targets using active listening, objection handling, and ethical solution selling.
What You Need
- Proven call center sales/retention experience; competitive and coachable with crisp phone presence.
- Strong multitasking, time management, and documentation skills in a fast, metrics-driven environment.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.; able to pass background and drug screening; computer-proficient.
