Schedule

  • Full-time, remote (equipment provided)
  • Flexible 40 hours within business operating hours
  • Phone-based work in a quiet, distraction-free workspace

What You’ll Do

  • Provide financial counseling by phone using an established counseling model
  • Capture all data and call details in the CMS platform with high accuracy
  • Explain options (budgets, debt strategies, housing resources) in plain language
  • Handle high inbound volume, route referrals, and meet performance standards
  • Multi-task across CMS, Outlook, Adobe, Word, and soft-phone tools

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years in customer service, call center, finance, case management, or social services
  • Comfortable on the phone; type 25+ WPM; strong computer literacy
  • Clear, professional communication; coachable and feedback-ready
  • Able to pass background and drug screen
  • Willing to obtain NFCC and HUD Housing Counselor certifications within 6 months
