- Option to work onsite in White Plains, NY if preferred
Responsibilities
- Execute electronic invoice submissions through e-billing systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during billing submissions
- Coordinate with attorneys, staff, and clients to meet client-specific e-billing requirements
- Track submitted invoices to ensure timely payments
- Maintain internal e-billing database and compliance reference materials
- Provide updates, reporting, and financial analysis to attorneys and clients
- Support firm-wide billing projects and process improvements
Requirements
- 1+ year of e-billing experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
- Experience with BillBlast required
- Familiarity with systems such as Legal Exchange, TyMetrix 360, Legal-X, Serengeti/Legal Tracker a plus
- Knowledge of LEDES billing formats preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong reading comprehension, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail with ability to prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
Compensation
- Salary range: $60,000 – $85,000 (based on experience, location, and qualifications)
