Schedule

Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs
- Coordinate and manage vendor agreements, identifying risks and maintaining compliance
- Maintain and update the contract lifecycle management system for proper storage and accessibility
- Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to support negotiations and compliance
- Provide administrative support to the legal team (scheduling, reports, file maintenance)
- Act as a point of contact for contract-related inquiries internally and externally
- Assist in training staff on contract policies and procedures
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution of agreements
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of contract law, legal terminology, and principles
- Proven ability to negotiate contract terms effectively
- High attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and reviewing contracts
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Analytical mindset with ability to identify risks and recommend solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management tools (e.g., DocuSign, Ironclad, Torii, Salesforce)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
