Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Shift flexibility required, including some weekends and holidays
- Collaboration across all departments in a startup-style environment
Responsibilities
- Deliver top-tier customer experience with one-call-resolution in mind
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound interactions across calls, live chat, email, and text
- Document all customer interactions and account-level issues with accuracy
- De-escalate difficult scenarios and resolve inquiries with professionalism
- Review current support strategies and recommend improvements
- Provide problem-solving solutions and escalate insights to management
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance both patient-level and systems-level processes
- Adapt to startup pace and contribute to ongoing improvements in quality and methods of customer interaction
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer support experience
- Background in consumer lending or financial products preferred
- Proven ability to multi-task and de-escalate across multiple communication channels
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and prioritization ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills highly preferred
- Experience in a startup environment is a plus
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree desired
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and team-first mentality
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $75,000
- On-target bonus: $25,000
