Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Standard shift: Monday–Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm ET
- Flexibility required; occasional weekends and holidays may be needed
Responsibilities
- Provide phone and email support for AMN workforce technology products and services within service level agreements
- Clarify customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and walk users through diagnostic steps
- Expedite corrections or adjustments and follow up to ensure full resolution and customer satisfaction
- Record issues and responses accurately in ServiceNow and Salesforce systems
- Maintain customer records by updating account details and following processes for third-party agreements
- Monitor dashboards, process assigned tickets, and ensure timely response to inquiries
- Support department operations including data entry, research, and answering customer questions
- Assist with client implementations and adoption initiatives to create “Raving Fans” among users
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; 0–2 years of work experience
- Customer service and software application experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of wireless networking, IP addressing, DNS, and DHCP
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and learn complex software features
- Comfortable working in a home office environment with standard office equipment
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $17.25 – $20.50 per hour (final offer depends on experience, training, education, and location)
