Schedule
- Part-time, fully remote within the US
- Not available to candidates in AK, CA, CO, CT, DC, MA, ME, MN, NJ, NY, OR, WA
- Flexible hours with priority given to high-volume, high-priority tasks
Responsibilities
- Review and transfer patient data between Salesforce and medical record systems with accuracy
- Maintain and update patient charts, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
- Perform timely data entry and reconciliation to support clinical and admissions teams
- Provide administrative support: scheduling, preparing documents, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and data privacy standards
- Collaborate across admissions, clinical, and admin teams to support seamless care delivery
- Participate in training and professional development to expand knowledge of care administration and compliance practices
Requirements
- 1+ years of relevant work experience
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, communications, or related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort learning and adapting to new systems (Salesforce, EMRs, GSheets experience a plus)
- Commitment to confidentiality and compliance standards
