Schedule

Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls in real time and assist prospective patients with professionalism and empathy
- Conduct outbound follow-ups (calls, texts, emails) to nurture leads and drive bookings
- Qualify leads using client-specific criteria and schedule them with the appropriate clinician
- Maintain CRM records with accurate lead status, appointment data, and follow-up actions
- Track lead pipelines across multiple clients and ensure consistent follow-ups for high conversion rates
- Use scripts and proven sales strategies to engage potential patients and overcome objections
- Collaborate with client teams to align scheduling with provider availability
- Provide insights on trends, objections, and bottlenecks to optimize processes
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or appointment scheduling
- Proven ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with confidence
- Strong persuasion and sales skills with a focus on lead conversion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with CRM or scheduling software (GoHighLevel is a plus)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple leads simultaneously
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to meet and exceed booking targets
Compensation
- $42,000 – $55,000 annually
