Schedule
- Full-time, remote (US-based)
- Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM MT (12:30–9:00 PM CST / 1:30–10:00 PM EST)
- Overtime may be required
Responsibilities
- Communicate with plan members, providing clear program guidance and exceptional customer service
- Manage a high-volume caseload across multiple clients and surgical categories
- Coordinate the scheduling and approval process for surgeries, from initial request to patient placement
- Collect demographic, clinical, and financial information to complete referrals
- Obtain and process medical records in a timely manner
- Secure pre-authorizations and coordinate with providers, clinics, and facilities
- Document case updates and maintain accurate application data
- Identify and resolve barriers that prevent members from utilizing benefits
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Demonstrate company values and adapt effectively in a dynamic environment
Requirements
- 2–4 years of customer service or call center experience
- Strong data entry skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and call center phone systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a “delight the customer” attitude
- Organizational and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail
- Prior healthcare industry experience and knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-energy caseload
- Strong multitasking ability and openness to change

- Experience in surgical scheduling

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience and location)
