Schedule

  • Full-time, remote (US-based)
  • Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM MT (12:30–9:00 PM CST / 1:30–10:00 PM EST)
  • Overtime may be required

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with plan members, providing clear program guidance and exceptional customer service
  • Manage a high-volume caseload across multiple clients and surgical categories
  • Coordinate the scheduling and approval process for surgeries, from initial request to patient placement
  • Collect demographic, clinical, and financial information to complete referrals
  • Obtain and process medical records in a timely manner
  • Secure pre-authorizations and coordinate with providers, clinics, and facilities
  • Document case updates and maintain accurate application data
  • Identify and resolve barriers that prevent members from utilizing benefits
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Demonstrate company values and adapt effectively in a dynamic environment

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of customer service or call center experience
  • Strong data entry skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and call center phone systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with a “delight the customer” attitude
  • Organizational and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail
  • Prior healthcare industry experience and knowledge of medical terminology preferred
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-energy caseload
  • Strong multitasking ability and openness to change

Nice to Have

  • Experience in surgical scheduling
  • Ability to navigate multiple technologies

  • Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience and location)
