Schedule

  • Full-time, remote (within the United States)

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to resolve delinquent accounts
  • Identify overdue accounts and provide solutions to bring loans current
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly collection goals and metrics
  • Document collection activities in line with company policies and compliance standards
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with clients to negotiate repayment plans

Requirements

  • 1–2 years’ experience in credit and collections
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Telemarketing experience with financial products preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated team player with a professional demeanor
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
