Schedule
- Full-time, remote position (approved U.S. locations)
- Standard weekday schedule with phone-based customer interactions
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and provide equipment troubleshooting and repair diagnostics
- Offer product, service, and parts information to guide customers toward the best solutions
- Partner with manufacturers to order warranty/replacement parts and ensure timely delivery
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and convert inquiries into parts sales
- Dispatch and coordinate with field service technicians for in-home repairs
- Educate customers and caregivers on safe and effective equipment use
- Document all service activity in CRM and order management systems
- Collaborate virtually with manufacturers and internal teams to resolve requests
- Maintain updated product knowledge through ongoing training
- Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 5+ years of experience in the mobility equipment or DME industry, including service, troubleshooting, or parts sales
- Experience using order management and CRM/service systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, phone-based support role
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree
- Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) certification
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues remotely
