Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Flexible schedule; must be available to work varying shifts based on business needs
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls, including emergency and high-stress situations
- Gather and relay critical information to emergency response centers (police, fire, EMS)
- Assist customers with collision notifications, stolen vehicle requests, roadside assistance, and subscription services
- Provide technical troubleshooting for remote applications
- Build rapport with diverse callers using empathy, courtesy, and active listening
- Meet or exceed call center KPIs such as quality, attendance, schedule adherence, and handle time
- Maintain composure and professionalism under pressure while resolving urgent issues
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- 1–2 years of customer service experience, ideally in a contact center environment
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to remain calm and effective in stressful or emergency scenarios
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems; minimum 30 WPM typing speed
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Dedicated, distraction-free home workspace with a reliable hardwired internet connection
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
