Schedule

  • Full-time, remote (Must be US-based; roles available in Needham, MA, Salt Lake City, UT, and other US locations)
  • Standard weekday shifts with occasional flexibility required

What You’ll Do

  • Receive and verify data and documents, ensuring accuracy before entry
  • Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems for applications, rebates, and supporting materials
  • Provide customer service support via phone and email, including basic troubleshooting and solutions
  • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Assist with additional program and support tasks as assigned

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6–12 months of related experience in a call center or customer support environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Fluent in English; bilingual Spanish preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Access a plus)
  • Interest in sustainability and commitment to making an impact
