Schedule

  • Full-time, remote (U.S. based)
  • Operating hours: 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM PST, seven days a week
  • Requires availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Flexibility is essential to meet customer needs

Responsibilities

  • Deliver quick, efficient, and empathetic support via phone, chat, SMS, and email
  • Resolve fan concerns to maintain high CSAT and NPS scores
  • Accurately process and troubleshoot ticket orders
  • Meet or exceed service level goals for response time and quality
  • Ensure reliable attendance and timely communication during scheduled shifts
  • Share fan feedback and suggest improvements to processes
  • Actively collaborate with peers and participate in team learning sessions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in a contact center environment handling phone, chat, and email support
  • Strong multitasking skills while using multiple systems
  • Reliable high-speed internet (50 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up)
  • Quiet, distraction-free home office setup
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM systems (Kustomer preferred)
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (Absorb)
  • Track record of maintaining at least 80% CSAT, Quality, and SLA scores
