Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S. only)
- Desk-based role with phone, chat, and video sales interactions
- Must maintain a reliable, distraction-free home office with high-speed internet
Compensation
- Base salary: $33,000/year + uncapped commission
- Top performers earn up to $100,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound consumer inquiries via phone, chat, and video consultations
- Identify customer needs and recommend mobility/DME product solutions
- Close sales efficiently within a short sales cycle
- Create and manage quotes, tasks, and follow-ups through order completion
- Communicate policies on shipping, delivery, warranties, and returns
- Collaborate with internal departments and manufacturers to ensure accurate, timely orders
- Stay current on products, policies, and sales best practices through training
- Maintain compliance with company procedures and industry regulations
- Deliver compassionate service that supports customer independence
Requirements
- 3+ years inbound consumer sales experience (e-commerce or retail preferred)
- Proven track record in high-velocity sales: conversion, cross-selling, upselling
- Experience in durable medical equipment (wheelchairs, scooters, lift chairs, etc.) strongly preferred
- Strong consultative sales approach with excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems during calls
- Organized, disciplined, and able to manage high lead/task volume
- Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with CRMs, order management systems, or video selling tools
- Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) training or certification
