Schedule

  • Full-time, fully remote
  • Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls, chats, and emails regarding billing, services, and general support
  • Handle lockout situations with empathy and urgency, providing fast, safe, and reliable solutions
  • Maintain professionalism while building rapport with every customer interaction
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and changes through team updates
  • Record customer interactions, transactions, and feedback accurately in company systems
  • Turn frustrated callers into repeat customers by resolving problems quickly and effectively

Requirements

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)
  • 1+ year of call center or equivalent customer service experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to handle high call/email volume and multitask efficiently
  • Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Experience with Zendesk, Twilio, or Google Docs preferred
  • Dedicated high-speed internet (50 Mbps bandwidth minimum for work use)
