Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (U.S.)

Responsibilities
- Collect aged past-due invoices to minimize uncollectible balances and improve retention
- Communicate directly with customers via phone and email to reduce balances
- Post daily payments (ACH, Wire, Credit Card) into Sage-Intacct
- Support daily billing for new and existing customers
- Respond to customer requests for invoices, payment histories, and account questions
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Accounting teams on collection strategies
- Assist with audits, ad-hoc projects, and process improvements
Requirements
- 1–2 years’ experience in credit/collections, or a bachelor’s degree
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work professionally in sometimes confrontational customer interactions
- Tenacious learner with a continuous improvement mindset
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a dynamic environment
