Schedule
- Full-time, remote-first role (with hub locations in NY, ATL, Austin, Boston, Chicago, SF, and Seattle)

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of live banking clients, from ops staff to C-level executives
- Conduct regular check-ins, trainings, and relationship management
- Troubleshoot escalations in real-time, often via live calls
- Lead contract renewals and identify upsell opportunities with sales team support
- Partner with product/engineering to advocate for customer requests and fixes
- Manage support ticket flow and ensure timely issue resolution
- Plan and execute customer events and user summits
- Contribute to implementations during high-demand periods (configuration + PM)
- Create and distribute release notes and platform updates
- Navigate complex customer relationships, de-escalating issues professionally
Requirements
- Proven relationship-building skills with multiple stakeholders
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage escalations effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong prioritization and context-switching ability
- Proactive mindset with genuine care for customer success
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in banking, financial services, or fintech
- B2B SaaS customer success or account management background
- Technical knowledge of platform functionality/integrations
- Experience with contract negotiations and renewals
Compensation
- $90,000 – $110,000 base salary
