Schedule
- Full-time, remote-first role
- Requires overlap with Washington, DC headquarters (4–8 hours depending on position)
- Flexible PTO and remote work environment
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook
- Engage with online communities by responding to comments and questions
- Monitor trends, cultural moments, and competitor activity to inspire content and campaigns
- Collaborate with content, video, and design teams to distribute brand assets and campaigns
- Maintain and evolve brand voice and social media guidelines
- Track performance, analyze results, and deliver reports to inform strategy
- Experiment with formats, features, and campaigns to drive engagement and growth
Requirements
- 3–5 years in social media or content marketing
- Strong understanding of video-first channels, especially Instagram and TikTok
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Proven success growing and managing social channels (portfolio or examples encouraged)
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- On-camera or hands-on content creation experience
- Familiarity with tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or Buffer
- Background in B2B technology or SaaS marketing
- Experience collaborating with creative agencies
