Schedule

  • Full-time, remote-first role
  • Requires overlap with Washington, DC headquarters (4–8 hours depending on position)
  • Flexible PTO and remote work environment

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for new customers during onboarding and launch
  • Guide high-value customers step-by-step through setup, configuration, and activation
  • Deliver training, product education, and light technical support
  • Coordinate with internal App Launch and Migrations teams to ensure timely, accurate launches
  • Proactively monitor progress and address blockers that could delay adoption
  • Align onboarding activities with customer goals to drive ROI and reduce time-to-value
  • Share customer insights with product, support, and customer success teams
  • Communicate via email, phone, video, and SMS based on customer preference and urgency

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Implementation, Customer Success, or Account Management (SaaS preferred)
  • Strong project management and multitasking ability with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and proven relationship-building experience
  • Confidence in explaining technical concepts clearly and simply
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience delivering client-facing results
  • Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Familiarity with video hosting, content creation, or digital community platforms a plus
