Schedule
- Full-time, remote-first role
- Requires overlap with Washington, DC headquarters (4–8 hours depending on position)
- Flexible PTO and remote work environment
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for new customers during onboarding and launch
- Guide high-value customers step-by-step through setup, configuration, and activation
- Deliver training, product education, and light technical support
- Coordinate with internal App Launch and Migrations teams to ensure timely, accurate launches
- Proactively monitor progress and address blockers that could delay adoption
- Align onboarding activities with customer goals to drive ROI and reduce time-to-value
- Share customer insights with product, support, and customer success teams
- Communicate via email, phone, video, and SMS based on customer preference and urgency
Requirements
- 3+ years in Implementation, Customer Success, or Account Management (SaaS preferred)
- Strong project management and multitasking ability with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and proven relationship-building experience
- Confidence in explaining technical concepts clearly and simply
- Cross-functional collaboration experience delivering client-facing results
- Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced remote environment
- Familiarity with video hosting, content creation, or digital community platforms a plus
