Schedule
- Remote, full-time position
- Flexible availability required
- All applications, interviews, orientation, and training completed virtually
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with efficiency and professionalism
- Set and follow up on customer appointments
- Provide accurate information and deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Work toward achieving all performance standards and KPIs
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and 1:1 coaching sessions
- Collaborate regularly with management and ownership to support success
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience required
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Typing speed of 35 WPM minimum
- High-speed internet connection
- Compatible wired headset and computer that passes system requirements
- A quiet, distraction-free home workspace
- Must reside in Georgia, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, or West Virginia
