Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 11:30am–8:00pm EST
- Weekend rotation required
- Remote role; equipment (laptop and headset) provided
- Must reside in AZ, DE, FL, GA, KY, KS, MA, MD, MI, NJ, OH, PA, SC, ID, IL, NC, WV, or TX
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with urgency, empathy, and professionalism
- Use active listening and rapport-building to retain existing customers and prevent voluntary cancellations
- Renegotiate agreements and execute repricing for designated customers
- Take ownership of customer issues through phone and email, ensuring timely resolution
- Meet and exceed individual and company-wide sales and retention targets
- Document all customer interactions accurately and follow up as needed
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills to provide appropriate solutions within time limits
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
- Proven call center and sales/retention experience with a track record of meeting goals
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and excellent time management
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass background check, employment history verification, and drug screening
- Competitive, coachable, and motivated by helping customers
