Schedule
- Full-time, remote (nationwide U.S.)
- Central Time Zone schedule
- Eligible for Ventra’s performance-based incentive plan
Responsibilities
- Monitor intake processes and work all EDI rejections daily
- Assist colleagues with escalation resolution and provide feedback/training on front-end processes
- Request and log missing information from clients to support billing accuracy
- Resolve potential overlaps that others cannot address
- Support special projects and additional tasks as assigned
- Ensure compliance with state and federal billing laws, regulations, and company policies
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ year in data entry and/or medical billing preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel (including pivot tables), and database systems
- Basic math, 10-key, and computer/office equipment skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication skills to work with diverse personalities tactfully and professionally
