Be the first point of contact for real estate investment leads and play a key role in fueling Unison Infrastructure’s rapid growth. This role combines research, pipeline management, and appointment setting with property owners to create a strong foundation for our Account Managers and sales team.

Since 2003, we’ve invested in real estate and infrastructure across the U.S. and Europe, building long-term partnerships with wireless and renewable tenants. We’re expanding quickly and looking for entrepreneurial team members to grow with us.

Schedule

  • Full-time, remote position
  • Reports to the Director of Lead Generation
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)

What You’ll Do

  • Manage your own pipeline of origination leads and schedule calls between property owners and Account Managers
  • Hit monthly, quarterly, and annual targets tied to call settings and closings
  • Track and monitor origination activity to ensure a healthy and stable sales pipeline
  • Provide input on data mining, CRM design, and marketing initiatives to improve processes
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives and product design to help Unison maintain a competitive market position

What You Need

  • Experience in a call center sales environment
  • Strong ability to build rapport quickly with property owners
  • Familiarity with finance concepts such as IRR and NPV (required)
  • Knowledge of real estate closing processes (preferred)
  • Experience in commercial real estate, mortgages, telecom, mineral rights acquisition, or renewables (preferred)
  • Some college or equivalent experience
