Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role
  • Two evening shifts per week (12 PM–9 PM CST and 10 AM–7 PM CST)
  • One Saturday shift every 5 weeks
  • Must reside in one of the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI

What You’ll Do

  • Handle incoming calls regarding customer account questions and follow up as needed
  • Process payments over the phone and guide customers through available self-service options
  • Provide account information related to interest, statements, and general inquiries
  • Recognize delinquent accounts and route them to the proper department for assistance
  • Assist with administrative tasks including reports, emails, and training support
  • Train and shadow new hires, providing progress reports to management
  • Strive for one-call resolutions by using available company resources

What You Need

  • Associate’s degree in business, finance, communication, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, internet, email)
  • Excellent phone presence with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Persuasion and negotiation skills with the ability to manage stressful conversations tactfully
  • Strong attention to detail and typing proficiency
  • Ability to adapt to deadlines, change, and fast-paced environments
